I need a advice for fat burner supplement. I goes regular gym but no good result on belly fat. Even my diet are maintained. please advice.

Hi Lybrate User, There is no scientific evidence to show that fat burner supplement will create any weight loss. These are just myths which seem very convenient to people. Good health has no short cuts. You can't buy good health else all rich people would be healthy and fit without any problems. A nutritous diet and intensive exercise is the key to good health and fitness. When you go to gym. Spend 20 + 20 = Total 40 mins on Treadmill with speeds from 8-10 kmph. Then do skipping 500 times. After that do 10 rounds of Surya Namaskar. Within one month you will see the changes in your body and in two months your friends will say 'Wow'
