My age 27. My height 5'10 . Bt weight is just 59 kg. I want more weight and a good health. M very thin. And my stamina is very low. What can I do ? please suggest me.

Take high protein diet . Don't skip ur breakfast and meals . Have small nd frequent meals. Take whole pulses, paneer, egg, omelette with brown bread, milk and jaggery, any sweet item. Do strach exercise alternate days. Take milk shake , soya milk, ....
