Your ideal weight is 70to72 kg at peesent 74 kg just reduce 2to4 kg. Do arobic excersices, yoga, fast walking will help. Take simple veg food with green vegitabales, salad, do arobic excersices, yoga, fast walking end after dinner walk slowly 1to 2 km daily will help to balance weight.

Hi lybrate user, your bmi is 22.59 which means your are in'normal' category which is from 18-25. Balanced diet means having more of fruits and vegetables. Reduce colas and juices and have more water. Carbs like multigrain bread / / bajra proteins like peas, dals, beans. Or eggs, fish and chicken oils like saffola, sunflower oils etc total about 4-5 teaspoons per day. Avoid junk food. Be healthy and be happy.
