I want to increase my weight please suggest me the food which can improve my body. I am looking thin so. Increasing weight is nothing but increasing fat n cholesterol what?

Change food habites. Add in your food carbohydrates, rich proteins, vitamines, minirales, sweets, milk end milk products. Do arobic excersices, yoga, will help. Take sleep 6 to 8 hours. You take liv 52 syrup 1 to 2spoon 30minuties before lunch end dinner.
