In 2018 I visited a gastroenterologist. Some kind of anal related problem was there he asked me to increase dietary fibre, luke warm dips and some lubricant to apply. I was asked for a follow up but to my negligence I did not go for that. As of today it is like anal fissure, fistula or hemorrhoid. It is normal usually but after bowel movement it gains it's structure. Doesn't pain me or anything. Doesn't bleed and doesn't feel like a pus without bowel movement. Can I get a look into it?

You need to elaborate about your anal symptoms like pain, itching, difficulty in passing stool, swelling etc. Your bowel movements should be regular. For this, increase fluid intake and dietary fibre. Luke warm dips are useful in this condition. Anal fissure is intensely painful during and after defection. Haemorrhoids may be bleeding or non bleeding, may be associated with some mass near anal opening. Rectal fistula is a tract near rectum, it's external opening is near anal opening, and internally, it opens into rectum. It frequently gets infected due to impacted stools.
