I have done hiv antigen p24 combo cmia test two times from lal path labs. My last sexual exposure was august 2022 and I did the hiv tests on november 5 and february 5 which came out to be negative. Can I rely on these tests? Or should I repeat them?

Most likely these tests are reliable about 99 percent. So you are likely not to have hiv. I don't think you need to repeat them. But you can just confirm after 1 year of exposure to be extra sure if you like.
