I never seem to have an appetite anymore. It is affecting how often I eat. I have lost a lot of weight, and am lacking nutrients. Symptoms include low temperature in my body, loss of concentration, fatigue, weakness, etc. How can I bring my appetite back? I have tried higher-calorie foods, and eating more frequently during the day but I still feel unsatisfied every time I eat.

Forceful eating will cause more problems. Food is a basic necessity of the body. If your body is refusing then there must be some deeper cause.
