I 23m (height: 5'7' weight: 165 lbs. (75 kgs)) recently got my testosterone levels checked and received the results back, but i'm not entirely sure what they mean. I was hoping someone here could help me interpret them. Test result: total testosterone: 432.27 ng/dl (method: cmia) free-testosterone: 22.33 pg/ml (method: enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (elisa) from what i've read online, that falls within the normal range for adult males, but i'm not sure if that's the case for me specifically. I have been experiencing symptoms such as low energy, decreased sex drive, low concentration, hair fall and difficulty building muscle mass. I had a feeling it might be related to my testosterone levels, which is why I got them checked. If anyone could shed some light on what my results mean or provide any insight into what my next steps should be, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you!
