I take protein shake instead of breakfast and dinner as diet to lose weight. Does skipping those breakfast and meals and taking this has any side effects.

Hi lybrate-user! skipping breakfast & dinner doesn't help in losing weight, on the contrary it makes you gain weight. So far as protein shakes are concerned, some of them elevate your uric acid levels, in turn causing joint pains, heel pain, great toe pains etc.
