Take frequent breaks at work. Core strengthening exercises. Use cervical pillow. Use back support. Self massage the back of neck. Back. Do the cat/cow avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretchingstretch.
