Hello lybrate-user, you must start doing exercise and increase your calorie intake as well. Do little more exercise of legs as compared to the rest of the body. Take protein powder in milk after that. For face do facial exercise regularly like fill air in the mouth and release it slowly. You will see the difference in one month.
