My new born baby girl is provided with colicaid syrup to use whenever she cries more. My kid is crying for every alternate day, whether it is safe to use for 3 months continuously.

Yes colic aid drops are safe for newborns. After every feed do proper burping & in between whenever baby cries try to burp first & while you change diaper do leg movements of baby flexion extension. It will surely help. Also give exclusive mothers milk to baby.
