Its been 15 days having pain in back how to prevent as I am in long 8 hrs sitting job profile please suggest as walking less is d problem surely I am aware.

Your job profile entails back problems in the long run. A remedy to this would eb frequent changes in posture when you sit in the chair for long hours, keep a vigil on your posture while sitting and maintain an upright back. Early morning back and core strengthening exercises will help strengthen your muscles and decrease the chances of future back problems. Take a good supply of calcium and vitamin d by taking in liberal amounts of milk, eggs and non veg food if possible.

Take break between work do spine stretching exercise and walk then again start work take a pillow for back support. Avoid toward bending and heat fermentation with rest time. If all things work then ok otherwise a x-ray must.
