Hii sir / madam I'm very skinny I want to gain weight and muscles I'm doing workout 5 times a week I'm also having 5 meals a day Which includes -3 brown bread omlet 150 gms of breast chicken, oatmeal twice a day And I am also taking mass gaining supplements But the result of all such is very LOW or NO I can't see any muscles on my body M worried very much Please suggest me right way.
