I have been feeling like fever from last 2 months just for 2 or 3 days but this time I felt it for more than 4 days then I went for the blood test and got reports like this Salmonella typhi H=3: 20 Salmonella typhi O=1: 60 Paratyphi AH=80 Paratyphi BH=40 What is it mean? Is it normal or not? What should I do please guide.

This just means nothing. I advise you to go to a Consultant Physician for thorough clinical check up. All relevant tests for Regular fever, diagnosis and advice. Single test with unconfirmed procedure has no value.

I think your referred physician might have explained, its a test for confirming paratyphoid/typhoid fever. When it comes +ve, then, there will be chances for giving apropriate t/t. Salmonella is a bacteria which causes typhoid fever. The remaining are just like different grades. To know the intensity. Usually, in this kind of recurrent, high fevers, tests like blood, culture, widal tests will be advised for confirmation.
