Last year, in April I had a miscarriage in 3 months of pregnancy. Then doctor test the product and it was Turner syndrome. But both of me and my husband's karyotype test is normal. Now I am 6 weeks pregnant. Is there is a possibility of my baby being a Turner again. Is there any test to regnise this before birth?

Turner syndrome may be diagnosed by amniocentesis or chorionic villus sampling only if ultrasound features suggests one. Fetuses with turner syndrome can be identified by abnormal ultrasound findings which are characteristic for this condition. It can be detected in the first trimester itself. The most common findings are: cystic hygroma, fetal hydrops, cardiac defects and increased nuchal translucency. Among heart defects, coarctation of the aorta is the most common. Recurrence risk is not increased if you had previous turner syndrome. Parents karyotype was not needed at all for one abortion.
