Hello, I am 25 years old and I am suffering from obesity. My weight is 110 kilograms. What should I do to reduce weight?

Eat your diet on time. Avoid completely out side food. No coffee, no alchohal, no tea. Drink more water in a day. Avoid soft drinks also. And no bakery food. Completely depend on home prepared food with more raw vegetables like ladies finger, beet root, carrot. Add more wheat chapati and egg whites into your diet. Avoid yoke of th egg. During morning drink luke warm water on an empty stomach.
