I'm a 24 y.o female. I've severe headache probably migraine since 2 years which do not subside for days if I don't take meds. Recently i'm having severe nausea due to which i'm unable to eat anything, I feel very hungry but when I start to eat I can't, also i?ve fatigue, body ache, my bones ache for which i've started vitamin d3 2000iu per day because I don't get sunlight. I also have lot of mucus backflow and blocked nose which causes pain in orbital region and heaviness of eyes. I'm also very dehydrated, my throat gets dry even after drinking a lot of fluids but my urine output is low sometimes even after drinking a lot of water. Also I didn't get my cycle on time.
