I am 25 years old. I have been doing weight lifting like snatch and gym. Also I was a 400m hurdle athlete. After my college I have stopped weight training but I regularly do running and strength warmups. I feel pain in my knee when I bend it. Do I need to stop running? I do not wanna suffer serious injury. I have no previous surgery. Please suggest. ThankYou Doc.

You hv to to do strengthening of legs before running. Or you can do alternate. And run on clay surface.
