Hello my name is vishal I am 27 year old male. I have lower back problem from more than one year so I decided to get a mri done to know what's causing it. I got this result. The study shows mild scoliosis with convexity towards left side at cervicodorsal junction and right side in dorsolumbar spine. Partial disc dessication changes are seen at l4-5 level manifesting as subtle loss of hyperintense signal on t2w images. Diffuse disc bulge with posterior annular test is noted at l4-5 level causing indentation over thecal sac and mild variable encroachment over bilateral neural forminal. Please help me to understand what it says and how to cure it.
