Hi, i?m 19 and have been having gas and stomach related issues for the longest time ever. It is mostly constipation and gas. I recently got my lft done where my ast: alt ratio was 1.02, which is slightly above the normal range of 1. Should I be concerned? What can I do to help my stomach conditions?

It would most probably be due to gerd or peptic ulcer avoid caffeine choclate alcohol smoking eat healthy food rich in dietary fibre I would recommend aciloc rd tablet 1-0-1 30 min before food it contains omeprazole and domperidone which would prevent gas formation and act as prokinetic to improve bowel movement if it does not settle in a week you should visit any nearby hospital for endoscopy and further workup.
