One month before I got ankle sprain. Then I apply ice therapy first and then heath therapy, the swollen was gone after 4-5 days. And now I can walk without pain, and can run also at normal speed but there is some pain still there. Whenever ankle got twisted a little bit it generates pain. I have also taken pain killers which specially used in these kind of treatment but pain is still there. What to do?
