My glucose fasting 118 abd pp 236, hba1c 7.4, now m taking gluconorm pg2, which substitute medicine should I take.

You need to increase the dose of the medication if your are taking only once daily. Also need to know about kidney function and hba1c before advising a change. Your postprandial is on the higher side, but if the hba1c is close to 6.5 you don't need to worry much.
