My neck was black in colour from nearly ten years its colour was different from my body colour I have been done many things but it did not change I consulted doctor but no use can you tell any solution to it?

Hi lybrate user. At first you have to follow some basic things so that you get better results in a short period of time. 1) take food two times in a day only 2) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during 3) avoid late night sleeping habits 4) avoid oily, spicy, salty, junk, fast and fermented foods. A) apply paste of tankan bhasma along with fresh lemon juice with gentle massage, two times in a day. B) take 30 ml of audumbaravleha along with 30 ml of lukewarm water after meals. C) take 60 ml of trifala juice along with 60 ml of lukewarm water at night before sleep. Do all these things for thirty days and reply me for further suggestions. Thanks.
