Hello, children less than 5 years can take up to 2 mg per dose @ 3-4 doses per day, if vomiting persist, consult your nearby pediatrician. You will get in medical stores, ask syrup ondem. Wait for 15-30 min by not giving any liquids or solids after giving vomiting syrup.
