My iron levels are in the normal range, as well as my liver function. My folic acid and vitamin b 12 are also in the normal range. So what else could cause this high mcv. What is causing the low mchc?

This is not at all important in a normal pt. They are important for pt with blood disorder like haemophilia, leukemia, thalicemia. All values change in 23 g 25 days. This is internal matter means vascular system. No relation with vit d b12 etc.
