Hi dr, I just turned 18 last month, I got my first period the September before I turned 15 and ever since then it's been very irregular, sometimes I haves 2,3,and 6 month intervals between my periods and it's always accompanied by great pain and lasts for 4 days, Dr. is this normal. I also have another question if I may, I have health anxiety and in the first week of may 2020 I noticed a painful, tender, mobile lump in my left breast and a week later I got my period, but the lump persisted and for the first time, my period came the next month, I noticed after the second period the lump had reduced significantly to the point that it became so tiny and painless, then the lump resurfaced in september stayed and I saw my period in october as well, last time the lump became big and painful was in december and then it went back to being very tiny. The thing is doctor I can still feel it when I dig into my breast and i'm scared. I went to the doc in may but he said since it came with my period it's fine, but I have my doubts, do I have cancer?
