lybrate-user, there have been a lots of studies in which coffee is found to be a good option as it makes you feel more energetic, good for circulation, positive effect on heart and liver also, protects against parkinson disease, and lt adds more years to life if consumed in moderation and in a balanced way. It activates sympathetic nervous system and also takes 6 to 8 hour to get eliminated from system ,so my advice is that one to two times a day is perfectly fine and have health benefits also but consume before 4 pm so that the time you go to bed, it ll be eliminated out from system and ll not disturb your sleep quality.
