I'm 20 years old man suffering from asthma, but it worsens during winter seasons and causes wheezing during night time. Currently i'm using asthalin inhaler or duolin nebulizer for relief. Are there any other medications to permanently cure asthma?

Its very hard to cure asthama. Because its a process in which inflammation of the bronchus leads to depostion of excessive mucus and narrowing of the airways. However after identifying allergens that irritates your airways and preventing their exposure can prevent attacks of allergy mediated asthama. In case you have non allergic asthama or exposure prevention is not possible then you will need medication to keep it under control. Asthalin is very safe in terminating an acute attack however prolong use may cause side effects. Kindly consider witching to maintenece drugs rather than just reliver drugs.
