I lose my temper very easily, though regret it and try not to be short tempered, I am unable to control, I start, yelling at people, not at outsiders it happens only with my family members. People in my work place or neighbours know me as a humble and patience. I also take treatment for hypothyroidism. Could you suggest a solution to calm down my temper?
