Hello lybrate-user please do not worry about the tooth loss. At this tender age accidents do happen to the children. The normal age of initiation of exfoliation of milk/deciduos tooth is 6 years in girls. It can occur plus, minus in 6 months time. As your daughter got injured on the same central incisor as you mentioned in your query before the time of exfoliation. Now is the right time as the process has started. Tooth will appear in the mouth as the root of the tooth will completely form. Give time. ex do echs code: dt95e8.

you must get an xray done to see the underlying tooth... in the gums ... don't worry it will come on its own

Dear Lybrate user, each permanent tooth grows out at different timing. So to answer your question I want to know which tooth has fallen, front or back tooth etc.

Hi lybrate-user. If I can get it right you are talking about front teeth. As your daughter is 6 years old, most probably her milk teeth has fallen and it's time for her permanent tooth. She may have a bit irritation due to eruption of permanent teeth which may take a few months and everything seems perfectly normal. Still you can take her to a dentist for routine consultation who can guide you after proper clinical and radiographic examination.
