I have uneasiness in my left side chest and my shoulder & thumb is paining, also my bp 125/77,(normally it was 115/70, glucose fasting 102, hba1c -6.0%,tot cholesterols 98, triglycerides 78 ldl 52, hdl 37, vldl 15.5,cho/hdl ratio 2.6,i am taking rozavel f 5, past 4 years for a increase of tg, please suggest to reduce bp, n uneasiness. I am consuming little excess salt & consuming high cold ice water. Coffee addict per day 4 cups. Please suggest.
