Respected sir I ravinder singh from kharar facing hyperthyroidism I just do test and found this problem I was facing this problem since 2 month my leg and hand both are shivering some time and heartbeat is increasing and voice getting nervous even some words are skipping my body can't tolerate heat and getting excess sweating even under the fan.
