I am 17 year old girl I have hypothyroidism 7 is my tsh I am having my thyroid medicine and my weight is 75 I still have irregular period and I have only spotting type of period and firstly I used to have heavy period I found it out when I have period for month doctor suggested to do blood test and found I have thyroid I having thyroxine 35 mgh medicine long period are stopped but still have irregular for like 5 days and only spotting occur, no cramps, but spotting is a little bit heavy sometimes but not as compared to my real periods my regular period used to be of 5-7 days and heavy and this irregularity is first time my monarch is 13 year age.

It can be because of hormonal imbalance. Get your thyroid profile, cbc, fsh, prolactin, blood sugar fasting checked from some lab. If everything is normal then do an ultrasound of abdomen.
