I feel heavy breathing sometime when I am excited or emotional. I have allergic rhinitis when season changed then I feel discomfort. After heavy breathing I feel fainting for few minutes. I also feel discomfort from smoke and dust. Is this a type of asthma? Please help me to control it because I don't have major discomfort but it is moderate. My age is 29 and weight is 54 kg.

Allergic rhinitis is triggered by breathing in tiny particles of allergens. The most common airborne allergens that cause rhinitis are dust mites, pollen and spores, and animal skin, urine and saliva. Let's have a detailed discussion for better advice and medication plan.
