What might be the reasons for malabsorption or not gaining muscles/fats? How to rule out sibo/ pancreatic insufficiency/ or other pancreatic problems without diagnosis? I don't have any pain in stomach or digestive problems. My liver function test/blood tests were normal. I was on librax/esomeprazole for 6 months and on some anti bacterial/worms medications. I am waiting for answer from reputed specialist in this field. I have lost my 10 years because of headache/low energy/frequent sickness after being exposed to pollution, pollen,dusts, noise or working even in a.c. I feel isolated from society because if I put more efforts, I feel like I can faint and haven't eaten for 2 days, despite eating many times I look skinny.
