I am an 18 year old female. I have had toenail fungus for as long as I can remember, possibly stemming from very poor blood circulation. Poor blood circulation is genetic and my siblings have it too, but they don?t have toenail fungus. It?s very likely that I have raynaud's phenomenon. I don?t have any other health conditions and I have a strong immune system, but my diet is extremely poor. I really want to get rid of this toenail fungus as it makes me self conscious and i?m worried about the fungus possibly getting worse or entering my bloodstream. They are brittle, yellow, deformed, curved and broken. It?s worrying too that when I cut one of the nails it starts bleeding. Like the inside of the nail begins to bleed out, as if there?s a blood clot behind it or something. I?m freaked out that it?s something serious. I really don?t want to take oral medication so if there?s any applicable medication to put directly on the nails or any home remedies especially, I would appreciate that. I really need help. I?d like to know why it starts bleeding, and how I can stop this. Thanks zoe.
