Hello my father (58 yrs) is suffering from umbilical hernia starting stage. My father belly bottom is increased in size. It is in starting stage of umbilical hernia. Heaving lifting object is stricting prohibited for him by us. Plus no other symptoms are there like stomach pain or constipation etc. (in dec he undergone a stone operation in kidney) what are its treatment to cure it? Any medicine? Or surgery is the only option to cute it finally.
