Hi. I have a lump or something in my nipple like under it. And whenever I touch or like press my nipple I get pains and my nipple has enlarged. I also got some slight chest pain but I don't know if it because I am just hallucinating because I am really scared. I am a 17 year old male and please I need an answer. There are no other symptoms.
