Yes, you can take it twice daily. Also accompany it with tab pantop-d once daily before meal, if you feel pain in abdomen, nausea and vomitting.

its not at all advisable to take a pain killer daily, Its Better To Take only At the time of pain.But For An Extent You Can Take it.

Yes u can have zerodol sp , how is your medical history if you don’t have any you can have the tablet do warm salt water gargelling for 3-4 a days and also avoid any habits if persist
