My husband is taking medicine for juvenile rheumatology and uveitis from 3.5 years uveitis is under control, last episode had happened 2 years back he is taking folitrax 15 mg once week saaz ds 1gm twice per day as these medicines suppress the immunity whether he should stop or continue taking these medicines at this time of corona virus threat. He is not contacted with the infection and he is taking all preventive measures to avoid corona virus infection. Please advice whether to continue the medicines or stop for some time.

The medicines mentioned are immunosuppressants and it is right that they will weaken the immune system but if you will refuce them then it might increase the problems of arthritis. Pls send the latest detailed evaluation report of eye by an ophthalmologist so that I may prescribe an eyedrop for controlling uveitis component. Maintain proper precautions to avoid corona infection.
