I am 21 year old female. Recently I got usg whole abdomen test done due to pain in lower back. The results show mild fullness seen in right renal pcs and visualise upper ureter however no vuj calculus seen. Minimal free fluid in pod. The doctor has advised me meds librax, rabicip sucrafil, and folvite iron levels are also low and microcytosis anemia. Am I getting the adequate treatment? Should I worry about something?

If your getting easily tired then you most likely are suffering from anemia. The above mention medication is to improve your anemia status and also to calm your mind. But I don't think you need to take librax as it is a sedative drug.
