Respected doctor, thanks for reading my concern. I am male 34 years. One year before, one doctor gave me medicine alpha blocker (omnic ocas 0.4 mg ). (after consulting other doctor I came to know that this doctor diagnosed me wrongly and gave wrong medicine.) after eating this medicine for a week I noticed that I was not able to ejaculate completely and always no satisfied sex. I don?t have have retrograde ejaculation problems. Recently one of the doctor identified that my prostate fluid is not coming out due alpha blocker medication. Can anyone please help me and advise me how to permanently overcome this incomplete ejaculation caused due to consumption of alpha blocker medicine. Thanks and regards.
