Sir I was in the normal weight category till my early thirties but since I hit my perimenopause phase at 38 ,i was diagnosed with hypothyroidism and underwent transvaginal laparoscopic surgery for ovarian cyst .since then there has been unexplained increase in my weight. And I weigh 109 kgs as of now. I am having thyrox 50 tablet in the morning and eritel ch40 for hypertension after breakfast. Pls help me with weight loss sir.

You not mentioned about your thyroid functions status with thyrox 50. Get your tsh test done and inform the reports. To reduce weight low calory, low fat high fibre diet is must, you can take help of a dietitian. Regular exercise is also must.
