I have plantar fasciitis issue on both feet and it is increasingly difficult even to just walk. I am currently wearing arch shoes which helps to an extent. But I have been asked to reduce weight. Since I couldn't walk much I was advised swimming. For the past two weeks when I kick water while swimming I get a shooting pain on top portion of my feet - just below the little toe. This pain I have had on and off for a couple of months and an x ray showed no fracture. I am unable to swim. Should I continue to swim? What could be the issue?
