Doctor, I am taking janumet 50/1000 along with insulin novomix 30 - 30 units morning, 28 units in evening and novorapid 14 units before lunch. My age is 52 years. Hba1c is 7.8. Doctor I am facing total restlessness especially my lower and upper limbs and don't have proper sleep because of this discomfort. For last two days I am experiencing pain in my lower back and buttocks. I read somewhere that these are the side effects of janumet 50/1000. Doctor kindly advise, should I continue with janumet or should I discontinue it. Please advise.
