I am 21 years old women. I want to lose belly fat and arm fat. I am not able to stick to home cooked food as I have to stay out for most of the time. How could I lose my fat? Also suggest me some height increasing natural process. I am 5.2"

Hello lybrate-user, if you want fat loss you need to take healthy nutritious meal plan & avoid all the junk & outside oily, fried foods, sugary items. Include physical exercise also to cut down extra calories, you can do swimming, walking, jogging, yoga, if you want to increase height you can do skipping everyday & height increasing yoga also, it wl be helpful for u, if you want proper guidance according to your work then contact me personally.
