Hello, i?m a 29 years male, weight 65 kg height 6 feet tall. I will 100% appreciate your advice. Let me be precise. I have been a chain smoker when I was 15 years old and i?ve been masturbating regularly when I was 11 years old. These bad habits had too many destructive effects on my body. Two years ago I was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism of which i?m taking one tablet of neomercazole daily. I don?t exercise or any sort of physical activity because of my phd. What i?m facing now are many effects: 1) I have frequent pains in my chest (my tb tests were negative) 2) my body shakes even if I lift my leg a little bit. 3) I can not stop masturbation as even after two days there?s immense urge I get and feeling my body hot. 4) i?m feeling i?ve a high blood pressure. (i?ve checked many times. I want to recover. I really needed it. I?m the most brilliant student in my university. I don?t want to waste it. Now I feel hyperthyroidism maybe also be the effect of excess masturbation.
