My age is 67 years. I am a diabetic patient and I take gemer ds 4, oxramet xr 10/1000, rozustat asp, cyra d,.i have lv diastolic dysfunction and for that I take telista mt 50. Now my appetite has been completely lost. For regaining appetite may I take ciplactin tab being a diabetic patient or any other medicine if you kindly suggest. I think there is anorexia. Please suggest. Now my body weight became 50 kg from 58 kg. I am feeling very week.

Hello, Thanks for the query. I have seen the details mentioned. There is no me information on present fasting, PP glucose levels and HbA1c%. Usually if blood glucose is well controlled with fasting < 100 mg or closer to 100 mg, PP 150 to 170 mg & HbA1c% < 7%, body weight is rarely reduced. So please se that your glucose levels are well maintained. Thanks.
