I have acidity problem since 4 year. When I eat normal food without chilly or low oil, acidity gone. But after eating spicy or oily food acidity return. mostly time eat normal food due to activity problem I can not eat my favorite food that I like. How I can overcome this problem.

Avoid spicy fatty oily food take more curd and buttermilk take small frequent meal avoid heavy meal avoid alcohol if you are taking avoid too much sweet and chocolate avoid smoking if you are doing avoid stress daily do yoga and walking for medicine you can contact me in private chat.
